Happy Birthday Camryn!

Our sweet girl is 7 today! Camryn is the most energetic kid. She loves people so much. She is Isaac's best buddy. She loves to swim and play soccer. She adores reading and playing video games with Jacob. She loves sharing a room with Bailey. She is just finishing 1st grade and can't wait for her new class in 2nd. She enjoys her bike and scooter. She loves to travel. Camryn is just so fun!

We celebrated her birthday this past weekend

We love you so much, happy birthday Camryn!

3/27/09 - Made our decision to adopt from Rwanda

4/6/09 - Submitted our application with America World Adoption Agency

4/15/09 - Application accepted by America World

4/26/09 - Submitted our application for our home study

4/27/09 - Assigned a family coordinator with America World

5/16/09 - Completed our Adoption Training with A New Beginning Adoption Agency

5/28/09 - Completed first home study interview

5/1/09 - 7/22/09 - Completed documentation gathering (paper chase) when our I-171H arrived

6/1/09 - Sheri completed Hague online training

6/3/09 - Jeff completed Hague online training

6/3/09 - Competed second home study interview

6/5/09 - Submitted our I-600A to US Customs and Immigration Service (USCIS)

6/16/09 - Completed our home study in home interview

6/24/09 - Our home study was completed

7/13/09 - Submitted our home study to USCIS and had our fingerprinting completed

7/22/09 - Received our I-171H from USCIS

10/2/09 - State Certifications of notarization on all documents completed

10/22/09 - Dossier submitted to America World

11/13/09 - Dossier to Rwanda (DTR)

4/20/10 - 6 vaccinations each for our trip to Rwanda

6/28/10 - Renewed home study with A New Beginning

9/10/10 - Received a number for our dossier in Rwanda (#20)

10/28/10 - Refingerprinted with USCIS

11/1/10 - Final vaccinations for our trip to Rwanda

12/8/10 - Had news from Rwandan Ministry that our dossier was being reviewed for approval

1/18/11 - Received extension of I-171H from USCIS

3/8/11 - Received our official approval from Rwanda (we are not objectionable)

4/30/11 - Travel to Rwanda to pick up our son

5/6/11 - Referral received from Rwanda - Meet our son!

5/9/11 - Court completed in Rwanda to officially become legal parents to our son

5/20/11 - Travel back to the good 'ol USA with our son

5/20/11 - Isaac Aaron is a citizen of the USA after coming through Washington, D.C

6/17/11 - Received Isaac's Certificate of Citizenship

7/26/11 - Received Social Security card for Isaac

10/27/11 - Readoption and Legal Name Change Complete
